Deliveries and services are performed exclusively subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Business of Würth Inter Werbung GmbH at the registered office in Künzelsau.

The prices are prices per unit and refer to the respective packaging units offered. The prices quoted are net prices. Invoices are issued in Euro.

The minimum order value is 20.00 € per purchase order. In the case of purchase orders under 20.00 € goods value, we shall be entitled to charge a small-order surcharge in the amount of 5.00 €.

Delivery is made by the company Würth Inter Werbung GmbH. The delivery time is normally 48 to 72 hours where the products are in stock.Valid only within Germany.

No exchange or return of the articles is possible. Complaints are to be notified to Inter Werbung GmbH in writing within 7 working days following receipt of the goods.

We reserve the right to change the product range, the product design or the prices in agreement with your marketing department.

Invoices are due for payment before packing. Payment is possible by bankorder or Paypal.

The goods delivered shall remain our property until payment has been made in full. The place of performance and court venue shall be Augsburg, Germany.

The prices quoted are exclusive of carriage charges and packaging. Special requests in relation to packaging or deliveries by courier will be charged separately. Postage and packaging costs are shown separately in the invoice. The costs herefor are 9,30 € inside Germany. Shipping costs to EU and international are 24,40 €.
